4. Object of data protection

The object of data protection is personal data. According to the art. 4 no. 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), this is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; a natural person is considered identifiable. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more specific elements of identity physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social nature of that natural person (art. 4 n. 1 GDPR). This includes, for example, your name, your telephone number, your address, as well as all inventory data that you provide to us during registration and when creating your customer account. Statistical data or anonymised data which we collect, for example, when you visit our web shop and which cannot be directly linked to your person are not included here.
